Questions pet parents ask us
Do I need to provide water or power for the van?
No. Each van carries its own fresh-water tank, heater, generator and dryer. We only need a legal parking spot near your door.
How is your food made?
Recipes are gently cooked in small batches in our Dubai kitchen, portioned by your pet's weight, then frozen and delivered weekly in insulated boxes. Every pack lists its full ingredients.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes. Pause, skip a month, switch plans or cancel from your account any time before your next billing date. No lock-in.
Do you groom cats?
Yes. Cat grooms are done in a quiet van with the dryer on low, by groomers trained in low-stress handling.
